Prepare the Piece
Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your home.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
